4. How much do you charge for shipping? And do you ship overseas?
Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors. Nile Commerce is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for all customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Nile Commerce ships worldwide, all available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges will be shown in Customer's Shopping Cart.
Destination, type and weight of merchandise ordered and the shipping method(s) you choose determine shipping & handling charges and available shipping methods. For the purpose of calculating shipping charges, the actual total will appear in your Shopping Cart before you place your order.
Orders combining different product lines
We ship all our various product lines from the same shipping center.
When you combine items in your order, your total shipping charges will be less than if you had placed separate orders for the different product lines.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
Express couriers may require a signature for delivery, do not deliver on weekends and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or
APO/FPO addresses.
Approximate delivery times will be as follows:
A) FedEx 2-4 days (for shipment worldwide)
B) Express mail, or other domestic courier 1-2 days (for shipment inside Egypt)
Please note that these time frames are only estimates (except for shipping methods with a guaranteed delivery time), and apply from the time your order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place your order.

5. What about your return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition.
We will issue a refund, less 25% (for processing and handling fees) for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
A RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be obtained before returning any item by sending an email to our customer services department
