We receive orders electronically, process them promptly, and provide
order confirmation within one business day of receipt. This includes,
but is not limited to, notifying customers of any back-ordered items
and/or substitution offers. We ship the exact product ordered at the
price displayed, unless customer approves substitution.
We deliver all merchandise in professional packaging.
All packages should arrive undamaged and neatly packed, barring any

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its
original condition.
We will issue a refund, less 25% (for processing and handling fees) for
the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
A RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be obtained before returning
any item by sending an email to our customer services department (Feedback)

during initial Nile Commerce registration or when making a purchase
online.

All information gathered by Nile Commerce
remains private and will never be sold or shared with anyone. All
information submitted to Nile Commerce stays at Nile Commerce.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card
information or personal information to any third party without your
permission.
If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our
newsletters, we may occasionally update you via email of special
opportunities. We may also contact you if you have entered one of our
contests. If you choose not to receive updates when you enter a contest,
it will not affect your chances of winning.
We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic
information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers
