Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any purchased item (unless customized) in its original condition.
We will issue a refund, less 25% (for processing and handling fees) for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. 

These items are not refundable:
1- Customized jewelry
2- Name Plates and cartouches
3- Tailored garments to special sizes
4- Customized logo materials
5- Sale / wholesale orders
6- Gifts to third parties 

In order to process your return/exchange, please email us before mailing it back to us. Our customer service will help you with any clarification questions, and insure that you will not have to pay any extras. Please state the problem clearly in your email. Color variations are not a valid reason for return considering that colors vary from one computer to another. You should receive a reply from our Customer Service within 48 hours.

Accordingly, refund or exchange will be made once we receive your return. Please be advised that, Nile Commerce International does not credit not received or lost returns nor refund any shipping charges.
