return policy:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may
return any item (unless customized) in its original condition.
We will issue a refund, less 25% (for processing and handling fees) for
the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
A RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be obtained before returning
any item by sending an email to our customer services department
